Dana brings over 25 years of healthcare leadership experience being a catalyst for operational improvement. Most recently, Dana held roles as Director of Process Improvement and Vice President of Professional and Specialty Services. Through her career she has had operational performance responsibilities for heart & vascular, oncology, neuro-medicine, diagnostic, care management, emergency services, home health, home infusion, guest and pharmacy services. Dana possesses a strong grasp of complex business organizations, how they work, strength of leadership and the interpersonal dynamics essential to their success. She is a servant leader with a proven history mentoring leaders and providers in operational improvement efforts across the continuum of care.

Key Areas of Expertise: process improvement, service line business development, mergers & acquisitions, hospitalist management, utilization & care management, clinical documentation, revenue cycle, and operations management experience among the full continuum of care.

Dana is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration and Master of Business from Concordia University. She has her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.

Dana and her husband, Chris, enjoy hiking, traveling in their trailer and spending time with their two grandchildren.
