She most recently held leadership roles as Director of Process Improvement and Vice President of Professional and Specialty Services, where she led enterprise-wide initiatives to enhance performance and patient care outcomes.

Throughout her career, Dana has held operational accountability across a broad range of clinical and support services, including heart and vascular, oncology, neurosciences, diagnostics, care management, emergency services, home health and infusion, guest services, and pharmacy operations. Her deep understanding of complex healthcare systems, combined with her ability to lead through influence, makes her a trusted advisor and results-driven executive.

Dana is recognized as a servant leader with a strong track record of mentoring healthcare professionals and empowering cross-functional teams to drive measurable improvements across the continuum of care. She brings both strategic insight and hands-on expertise in process optimization, clinical integration, and service line development.

Outside of work, Dana and her husband, Chris, enjoy hiking, traveling in their trailer, and creating lasting memories with their four grandchildren.
