Kristin brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare financial management, with a strong track record of supporting both urban and rural facilities within complex, multi-state health systems. Most recently, she served as Director of Finance, where she provided strategic financial oversight and partnered closely with clinical and operational leaders to drive organizational performance.
Known for her effective communication and ability to bridge the gap between clinical operations and financial strategy, Kristin excels in aligning financial planning with healthcare delivery goals. Her collaborative leadership style and analytical expertise have consistently contributed to improved budgeting, productivity, and cost efficiency.

Kristin holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Oregon. She is also a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) through the Healthcare Financial Management Association and holds certifications in Lean and Six Sigma process improvement methodologies.
Based in Eugene, Oregon, Kristin enjoys traveling the world with her husband and two children. Closer to home, they spend time camping, hiking, and biking throughout the Pacific Northwest.
