Laurie brings over 20 years of nursing and care management leadership, combining innovation with a deep understanding of how clinical care intersects with healthcare finance. Her unique perspective is rooted in a diverse background that includes owning and operating a medical billing company, serving as an RAC Auditor for a large multi-hospital system, leading hospital-based care management teams, and providing strategic consulting services.
Laurie is a licensed registered nurse who excels in fostering collaboration among physicians, nurses, and administrative leaders to design standard workflows and implement reliable, sustainable processes that align with hospital priorities. Her ability to bridge clinical and financial domains allows her to drive improvements in care coordination, compliance, and outcomes.
