Dr. Lawrence Neville brings over 12 years of healthcare leadership experience, serving as a catalyst for quality, safety, clinical variation reduction, and the development of evidence-based clinical pathways. Most recently, he held dual roles as Chief Medical Officer and Patient Safety Officer for two hospitals in southwest Washington. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and Medical Director for an employed physician group, overseeing physician performance and alignment across specialties.

Throughout his career, Dr. Neville has held operational oversight for a broad range of services, including outpatient clinics, specialty medical directors, stroke programs, trauma services, care management, physician advisor services, and clinical initiatives aimed at reducing readmissions and mortality. His leadership has consistently driven measurable improvements in both clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.

A neurologist by training, Dr. Neville has a deep understanding of the complex interplay between clinical care, organizational systems, and leadership dynamics. He is known for his servant leadership approach and has a proven track record of mentoring both clinical and administrative leaders in driving improvement efforts across the continuum of care.
