Vicki brings over 20 years of healthcare experience, most recently serving as a Director of Pharmacy with oversight of pharmaceutical services across the care continuum. Her leadership background spans pharmacy operations, quality improvement, clinical informatics, and outpatient clinical consulting—demonstrating a well-rounded expertise in both strategic and operational aspects of healthcare delivery.
Vicki is deeply committed to advancing patient safety and enhancing the value of care. She has led numerous initiatives to improve medication safety, optimize drug utilization, and reduce pharmaceutical expenditure, all while maintaining high clinical standards and regulatory compliance.

Vicki holds both a Bachelor’s and Doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of Washington, as well as a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Western Governors University. She is board-certified in pharmacotherapy (BCPS) by the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties and is an Apexus 340B Certified Expert (ACE).
